What we do with your data — and what we never will.

Faceless Automation - Flow is a browser extension developed and maintained by Novawebs, a studio based in Denia (Alicante, Spain). When this policy says “we”, it refers to Novawebs as the data controller.

• The extension stores your preferences and your active queue in your browser. They never travel to our servers.
• If you activate a paid plan, we only send your email address to verify that your subscription is active. Nothing else.
• We never collect the prompts you write or the content you generate.
• We do not sell your data, share it with third parties, or use it for advertising.

We use chrome.storage.local, which is the browser's own storage. This never leaves your computer.

• Your generation preferences: default model, quality, interface language, download folder.
• The prompt queue while a run is in progress. It is cleared when the queue finishes.
• Reference images you upload for the frames-to-video, components-to-video or image-to-image modes. They are kept as temporary text strings tied to the active queue and deleted when it ends.
• The daily generation counter and its date. We use it to enforce the free-plan limit without asking a server.

If you activate a paid plan by entering your email in the extension, we send that email to faceless.novawebs.eu/api/license/check to verify your subscription tier. We store three things:

• Your email address.
• The plan you have active.
• The date and time of the last verification.

We do not store your prompts, the content you generate, your IP address, or device identifiers. If you use the free tier and never enter an email, absolutely nothing is sent to our servers.

When the extension runs a queue, Google Flow receives the same activity as if you had typed the prompt yourself. We do not intercept, modify or store the traffic between you and Google Flow. The privacy of that data is governed by Google's policy.

• We do not sell or share your data with third parties.
• We do not use it for advertising or profiling.
• We do not track your browsing outside the supported pages.
• We do not read cookies or storage from tabs unrelated to the extension.
• We do not analyze the content of your prompts or the generated output.

The extension calls chrome.cookies.remove() on Google Flow's session cookies only when you press the «Clear cache» button in the side panel. It is a recovery action when Flow gets stuck after a rate limit. We never read cookie values, we only delete them.

The debugger permission is used exclusively to simulate typing into Google Flow's prompt field via Input.insertText, because Flow's component ignores standard DOM APIs. It activates only when you start a queue and the browser always shows the yellow «Faceless Automation is debugging this tab» bar.

Payments are processed by Stripe. We never store your card details. Stripe only tells us the status of the subscription linked to the email you used.

You can cancel your subscription at any time from the customer portal available in the extension itself or on our website.

If you live in the European Union or the European Economic Area, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict the processing of, port, and object to the processing of your data.

To exercise any of these rights, write to novawebsdenia@gmail.com from the address you used to activate your plan. We respond within 30 days at most.

You also have the right to file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD) if you believe the processing does not comply with the law.

• Data in your browser disappears when you uninstall the extension or clear storage from chrome://settings/cookies.
• If you cancel your subscription, we keep the account record for 12 months for accounting and tax purposes, then delete it.
• You can request earlier deletion by writing to novawebsdenia@gmail.com.

If we update this policy, we will change the “Last updated” date at the top of this page and, if the changes are significant, we will notify you inside the extension. Previous versions are always available on request at novawebsdenia@gmail.com.
