What we do with your data — and what we never will.

Faceless Automation - Suno is a browser extension developed and maintained by Novawebs, a studio based in Denia (Alicante, Spain). When this policy says “we”, it refers to Novawebs as the data controller.

• The extension stores your preferences and your active queue in your browser. They never travel to our servers.
• If you activate a paid plan, we only send your email address to verify that your subscription is active. Nothing else.
• We never collect the prompts you write or the content you generate.
• We do not sell your data, share it with third parties, or use it for advertising.

We use chrome.storage.local, which is the browser's own storage. This never leaves your computer.

• Your generation preferences: default model, quality, interface language, download folder.
• The prompt queue while a run is in progress. It is cleared when the queue finishes.
• Reference images you upload for the frames-to-video, components-to-video or image-to-image modes. They are kept as temporary text strings tied to the active queue and deleted when it ends.
• The daily generation counter and its date. We use it to enforce the free-plan limit without asking a server.

If you activate a paid plan by entering your email in the extension, we send that email to faceless.novawebs.eu/api/license/check to verify your subscription tier. We store three things:

• Your email address.
• The plan you have active.
• The date and time of the last verification.

We do not store your prompts, the content you generate, or your IP address.

The extension also sends an anonymous usage summary: a random identifier generated in your browser at install time, which extension it is, its version, whether your plan is free or paid, how many generations you ran today, and how many times you opened the panel, started a batch, hit the free plan limit or clicked the pricing button.

That identifier is random and is never linked to your email or your paid account. It lives only in your browser: uninstalling the extension removes it, and reinstalling generates a new one. We use it only to learn which parts of the product get used and which do not — without it we cannot tell a feature nobody needs from a feature that is broken.

Separately, the extension offers extra generations in exchange for your email. It is optional and the free plan works the same without it. If you accept, we store your email, the extension you gave it from, the language and the date you ticked the consent box, which is unticked by default. We use it to send you product updates, and every email carries its unsubscribe link. Unsubscribing stops them whatever list you are on, paid customer or free user.

If you uninstall the extension, Chrome opens our goodbye page with a survey. It is optional and no field is required: the reason, comment and email you type there are stored only if you press Send.

When the extension runs a queue, Suno receives the same activity as if you had typed the prompt yourself. We do not intercept, modify or store the traffic between you and Suno. The privacy of that data is governed by Suno's policy.

• We do not sell or share your data with third parties.
• We do not use it for advertising or profiling.
• We do not track your browsing outside the supported pages.
• We do not read cookies or storage from tabs unrelated to the extension.
• We do not analyze the content of your prompts or the generated output.

Suno does not require the cookies or debugger permissions. The extension downloads the generated tracks from Suno's CDN (cdn1.suno.ai) using chrome.downloads and applies the name with its own onDeterminingFilename. The «Clear cache» button uses browsingData on the suno.com origin without touching your cookies.

If you upload a reference audio, the file is attached to Suno's composer in your browser; it never passes through our servers.

Payments are processed by Stripe. We never store your card details. Stripe only tells us the status of the subscription linked to the email you used.

You can cancel your subscription at any time from the customer portal available in the extension itself or on our website.

If you live in the European Union or the European Economic Area, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict the processing of, port, and object to the processing of your data.

To exercise any of these rights, write to novawebsdenia@gmail.com from the address you used to activate your plan. We respond within 30 days at most.

You also have the right to file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD) if you believe the processing does not comply with the law.

• Data in your browser disappears when you uninstall the extension or clear storage from chrome://settings/cookies.
• If you cancel your subscription, we keep the account record for 12 months for accounting and tax purposes, then delete it.
• You can request earlier deletion by writing to novawebsdenia@gmail.com.

If we update this policy, we will change the “Last updated” date at the top of this page and, if the changes are significant, we will notify you inside the extension. Previous versions are always available on request at novawebsdenia@gmail.com.
